Jack Kenkel has over 30 years of banking and residential lending experience.  Jack and Henry Fischer formed Victory Mortgage, LLC in 1991 and then formed Victory Community Bank as a de novo bank in 2002.  Jack served as Manager and President of both entities through that entire history until his retirement in May 2020, overseeing billions of dollars worth of mortgages made to qualified homebuyers. Today he serves as a consultant to the current Victory Mortgage management team providing invaluable guidance through a time of transition.
