To kick off this new chapter, we’re sitting down with someone who helped start it all — Tom Hansen, Learning & Development Manager at The Fischer Group. As a founding member of ELG, the very first ELG President, and the original host of this podcast, Tom played a huge role in shaping what this platform has become.
In this episode, Tom reflects on his time behind the mic, shares what he’s most excited to see as the podcast relaunches, and officially passes the metaphorical baton to the next generation of leaders.
